Return/exchange policy

Regular-priced merchandise:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for Canada, 18 days of receipt for the USA and 28 days of receipt for all other international countries for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Footwear and jewelry returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box and jewelry box respectively in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package.

On-sale merchandise:
Merchandises purchased at sale prices are final sale there non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.

How do I make a return/exchange?

Follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Prior to sending the items back for return or exchange, CUSTOMERS MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO customerservice@teenypig.com WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS EXPLAINING THE REASONS FOR RETURNING/EXCHANGING. Then securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send back to us using an insured service to the following address (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves):

Refund process

Once your package has been received by teenypig.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within seven business days. A notification email will be sent to the email address listed on your account once the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from teenypig.com.

Procedure for Shipping & Handling

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed from Friday after 12 PM PST to Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Teenypig.com will contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

CAD $150 before taxes - for Canada deliveries
CAD $200 before taxes - for US deliveries

Large Orders Divided:
To accommodate larger orders, your shipment may be divided and shipped to you in separate packages. In this case, you will receive an email advising you of any additional shipping charges that may be incurred.

Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged, once your package reaches your country. Teenypig.com does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice, which you are responsible for. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Do you ship to where I live?

We ship to the following countries only:
Canada, US, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore

We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.

Item Availability

Because we only have limited stock for each of our items we tend to sell out of most of our products quickly. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation accordingly.

How can I pay?

Payment is handled through PayPal - a free, safe and easy way to transfer payments and process credit cards.

During the checkout process you'll be redirected to PayPal's secure Site. Please follow the instructions on their Site to complete your purchase. Orders paid with PayPal are processed instantly.

Do I need a PayPal account to use my credit card?

No, you do not need a PayPal account. Once you are taken to the PayPal site, you'll be given the option to pay with your credit card without signing up for an account.

Orders from outside of Canada

All credit card transactions on teenypig.com are completed in Canadian (CAD) dollars. Use the currency calculator during the checkout process for an estimated payment converted into your own currency. The currency calculator is for your convenience to estimate the conversion of CAD dollars into other currencies. The conversion is only an estimate. The actual charge to your credit card will be based on exchange rates at the time of payment processed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Canadian Residents will be added 6% GST to the order and an additional 7% PST will be added to British Columbia residents ONLY. All international residents including U.S. residents will not be charged any taxes.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order online 24-7 by clicking here then entering the tracking number, or simply by clicking the link at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email.

How can I modify my order?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
